KANSAS – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred right before 11 p.m. Friday.
It happened on a county road north of Denison.
His name is Jack Minde and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 34-year-old man was driving the UTV when it went off the road and overturned.
He was pinned underneath it.
