TOPEKA – According to the police officials, her name is Chelsie Faith Randel and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the 19-year-old driver was ejected from her vehicle.
She was not wearing a seat belt, police say.
This unfortunate incident occurred at mile marker 216, west of Bonner Springs.
Authorities say the woman drifted left hitting the guardrail, then drifted right and hit a concrete barrier and overturned multiple times.
