TOPEKA – According to the police officials, his name is Austin Alan Miller and he was booked into custody right before 1 p.m. Wednesday.
The 21-year-old man is being held at Shawnee Co. Dept. of Corrections.
Police say he faces multiple charges including Rape of a Child Under 14, Rape; Aggravated Criminal Sodomy, and Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child.
