TOPEKA, Kan. – The Kansas Department of Health and Environment reported an additional 4,093 COVID-19 cases between Wednesday and Friday.
The state’s health department also recorded 3,502 deaths as of 9 a.m. Friday, an increase of 147 since Wednesday.
There have been over 7,700 people hospitalized out of 119,895 total cases. As of Friday, 37% of intensive care beds statewide were available, KDHE reported.
