Missouri man has been convicted of killing a National Guardsman during a road rage confrontation

KANSAS – According to the court documents, his name is Nicholas Webb and he was convicted of second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of Cody Harter.

This unfortunate incident occurred in May 2018, on Interstate 470.

The responding officers found Harter suffering from a stab wound.

Unfortunately, he later died from his injuries.

Witnesses told police that the victim had his hands up and was backing away from Webb.

The 61-year-old man was arrested the same day with a knife in his pants.

He will be sentenced at a future hearing.
