TOPEKA, KS – Two people were apprehended in narcotics investigation. The TPD’s Narcotics Unit and the Shawnee County Drug Task Force conducted a narcotic search on SE Sage St. where they found meth, cocaine, marijuana and firearm.
The 33-year-old Ian Hudson and 27-year-old Kyonna Jones were arrested for the possession and intent to distribute the drugs within 1,000 ft. of a school, criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, and aggravated child endangerment. Hudson was also charged with domestic battery.
