TOPEKA – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred right before 8 p.m. Tuesday.
It happened on the turnpike, 15 miles south of Topeka.
Authorities say the driver may have fallen asleep at the wheel.
The car went off the road and rolled down an embankment.
The extent of the injuries is unknown at this time.
