We asked Topekans who serves the best pancakes in town. Here are the top 5.

TOPEKA, Kan. – Are you a “two-stack of pancakes with butter and a drizzle of syrup” person, or “tall stack of pancakes loaded with chocolate chips and whipped cream” folk?

Whatever your order, we won’t judge. With International Pancake Day coming up Feb. 16, now is a great time to determine the best spots in Topeka.

The options are endless, from staples such as Hanover Pancake House, Bradley’s Corner Cafe and Banjo’s Cafe to breakfast newcomers such as The Iron Rail, The White Linen and Norsemen Brewing Co.
