According to the Agenda, the Council will discuss the request of Gov. Kelly to extend the State of Disaster Declaration, review the executive order to extend regulatory relief to motor carriers during the COVID-19 pandemic and a request of the Attorney General to approve a Tort Claim settlement in Hill v. State, et al.
